There is something about stepping away from the familiar rhythm of life.
The phone is quieter.
The calendar is no longer making every decision.
There is nowhere you need to rush to.
You have time to breathe.
Time to rest.
Time to notice.
Time to simply be.
This is the quality of retreat I want to create.
Not an escape from life.
A little space within it.
Future retreats will be intentionally intimate.
I believe depth requires space.
Space to ask questions.
Space to be quiet.
Space to explore.
Space to rest.
Space simply to be.
The experience will bring together practices that support body, breath and mind, alongside beautiful surroundings, nourishing food, nature and unstructured time.
Depending on the retreat, this may include:
I care deeply about the details.
The environment.
The rhythm of the days.
The quality of the teaching.
The space between activities.
The food.
The opportunity for rest.
The size of the group.
And, most importantly, the people within it.
My intention is to create retreats that feel quietly beautiful and deeply considered.
A place where there is enough space to listen.
Enough quiet to notice.
Enough time to let something settle.
A beautiful place is being considered.
The next retreat venue and date are currently being decided.
When the time is right, I will share the details here.
A small group.
A beautiful setting.
Thoughtful practices.
Space to rest.
Space to explore.
Space to be.
